Our Second Story private room can accommodate up to 100 guests for private functions. This room has a full bar, table seating, and comfortable couch seating by the fireplace. It is ideal for a variety of gatherings, and we have the ability to offer special services for any private or corporate event, including wine tastings and seminars, audio-visual presentations, live music, and more.

Party Policies and Information

Our fees for use of the private party room are primarily based upon the food and beverage consumption planned for your event. We charge a very small room rental fee (to compensate our party planner) - this fee is $100 for half the room and $150 for the entire room (these amounts are total amounts, not hourly). Because this second story room is used for regular seating and other events, we have required minimum food and beverage amounts that vary depending on the time and day of the week. Webster's Wine Bar has an extensive menu of wines, beers, spirits, and food that may be provided for your event. We custom plan each party to meet your specific needs and we can pre-plan your specific food and beverages or offer open bar options, a variety of food buffet options, and more. Wine Tastings and Seminars

Webster's Wine Bar can provide a variety of wine tastings or seminars for your event, ranging from a brief and casual discussion of the wines being served during the event to an in-depth, focused discussion on a topic of your choosing (i.e. how to taste and evaluate wines, wines of a particular type or region, etc.). Seminars are conducted by our Sommelier Jeremy Quinn or the owner Tom MacDonald, both of whom have been professionally tasting and buying wines for over 10 years. We specialize in providing informative yet unstuffy and unpretentious seminars ensuring that your guests enjoy themselves first and foremost and learn a bit more about wine at the same time.

Other Services

We can assist you in arranging other special services to make your event a success. We have established relationships with quality vendors who provide audio-visual equipment, floral arrangements, and other decorations. We can also assist you in arranging for live music or other entertainment - just ask and we'll do our best!

Reservations

We reserve the private party room on a first-come-first-served basis. A deposit is required to reserve the room, and your reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit. We will gladly refund any deposit for events cancelled one week before the scheduled time and date of the event.
