Wine 102 : Tasting the fundamental structures of wine.

Why does a wine taste oaky, crisp, fruity, sweet, earthy, big, bold, or tannic? Many say great wine is made in the vineyard, however without human intervention grapes would shrivel up and fall off the vine. Our Wine 103 seminar will be extremely interesting to those curious HOW wine is made - and for those who attended the Wine 102 class. Winemakers throughout the world make their decisions on how to rear their wines due to their structural components as grapes and later grape juice (aka must).
Come and find out the many twists and turns the grape takes from the winery to your glass. An educational tasting will spotlight a comprehensive selection of diverse wines. Call for reservations - Space is very limited.
