Thank you for thinking of Webster Wine Bar to host your event! We like to focus on doing what we already do great so as many people as possible can consistently enjoy our space and hospitality. We are flattered that you want to use our space for your event and to do so we have put together the best options to accommodate you and your guests:

Large Group Dining 

  • Held in a dining area during normal service, not private

  • Large group dining, up to 15 guests


Private Events 

  • Are full buyouts of our dining room or entire space

  • Up to 90 guests


The dining room

  • a.k.a. back room

  • Up to 40 guests for a casual mingling event

  • Up to 30 guests for seated events

  • Can be bought-out solely or in conjunction with the bistro


The bistro

  • a.k.a. front room, entrance

  • Only available for buyouts of the entire space

  • A great room for presentations, micro weddings, and demonstrations

  • Up to 40 guests casual mingling event

  • Up to 30 guests for seated events


Large Group Dining (maximum 15 guests)

  • Guests order off our normal food and beverage menu

  • Anything above the minimum consumption will be added to the final bill


Private Event food options

  • Buffet, (ideal for casual mingling events)

  • Seated family style dinner with passed dishes


Private Event beverage options

  • Open premium bar of pre-selected beverages

  • Additional beverages will be added to the total cost beyond the buyout price




Large Group Dining

  • minimum $65 per person before tax and gratuity

  • minimum is fulfilled from ordering off our normal food and beverage menus

  • table reserved for 3 hours

  • pre-selected food and wine options available

Private events

  • are full buyouts of our dining room or entire space and have a minimum consumption priced based on day of the week

  • minimums are met based on $100 per person

  • includes 3 hours of an open premium bar and food pre-selected for your event.


*Deposits are due at least 2 weeks before your event and Non-refundable there after.




We host many different wine tasting events year round. Check out our upcoming events for tickets to casual guest tastings, retail sales events, our annual Champagne tasting, and a thoughtfully crafted series of wine dinners. Every Monday we also have our popular self guided Blind Tasting which is an excellent opportunity for serious wine tasting or just a fun game with friends. They are limited so come early. If you are considering hosting an event at Webster’s and wish there to be a wine tasting we have a few stipulations due to our normal business and space. 


  • It must be a private event like a buyout of our back room or the entire restaurant. During normal business the space can get loud and music is playing which is not conducive for a presentation not to mention interrupting our other guests. For these reasons wine tasting events must be held privately.

  • We have limited space, furniture and storage. For each of your guests to be comfortable and engaged with our presentation, wine tastings must be seated and for no more than 35 guests.

  • Guests should be engaged. Please consider if you really want to your event to be coupled with a serious wine presentation.

This will start an email thread with our private events coordinator. Our coordinator will respond to you as soon as possible and in many cases within 72 hours of your inquiry. All correspondence for your event should be communicated through this thread and with the private party coordinator.
